We are based in Windsor Berkshire, all our cakes and cupcakes are made using the finest ingredients with no artificial preservatives or artificial flavours. They are then lovingly decorated with gorgeous melt in the mouth butter cream frostings flavoured with real fruit, soft icings and handmade decorations.

We also bake novelty birthday cakes, celebration birthday cakes, wedding cupcake towers, 21st birthday cakes and 18th birthday cakes, piped buttercream flower cakes and cupcakes which we also teach in our piped buttercream flower classes. Our cupcakes are perfect for any occasion - weddings, baby showers, birthdays, parties, anniversaries, new arrivals, get well presents.

Moist lightly spiced cake made with fresh carrots topped with tangy cream cheese frosting. Vanilla sponge studded with peach pieces, spread with raspberry conserve, piped with vanilla buttercream, topped with a peach slice and drizzled with raspberry sauce. Our award winning Cupcake! A dark moist sponge with tones of stout and chocolate frosted with fresh cream cheese frosting.

We require a minimum of 2 people to be booked on the class for it to go ahead. Please do get in touch if you have any questions. Please be aware that the email address we use for the confirmation letter is the one sent to us via your paypal account. Important - Due to the limited number of places available in our classes we do not offer refunds or class transfers if cancellations are made less then 14 days before the class date.

Thanks for the class notes - these are really useful. Can't wait to go shopping for some new equipment and practice some of the things I learnt yesterday.
